This package covers unlimited remote support for users, covering Desktops, Laptops, Servers and Networks. Users can get in touch via Phone, Email or Helpdesk. 

Our Technicians will use industry leading remote access solutions to assist and in most cases resolve issues without even having to visit your office.

If your issue does require an onsite visit, you will benefit from our pre-defined discounted rates.
