Office 365 users taking advantage of Multi Factor Authentication have today been hit by issues with the service, meaning some have been unable to login to the service.
Issues were first reported at 04:39 this morning and are still ongoing. The latest Microsoft Status updates suggest user have also been having issues with the self-service password resets facility. As problems continue over 14 hours later, the latest Microsoft status bulletin, suggests some light at the end of the tunnel - "We've applied some addition mitigation actions to implement some relief in the environment and have observed that a subset of authentication requests are completing successfully."
